Huancaina's style potato

 TRY THIS AND THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS RECOMMEND


This dish of Huancayo is one of the most representative, if not the most representative as it is known throughout Peru.

Preparation:

    - First you must warm water, place the peppers seeded and deveined, plus or minus 5 minutes.
     -We blender cookies, cheese, milk, peppers and oil and blend them until they form a creamy paste.
    - The boiled potatoes, peeled and placed in a fountain by cutting them into slices.
     -It is garnished with lettuce leaves and add up the pasta.
    - We finished decorating and serving the dish with olives and eggs as shown in FIG.
